Andelis Homestay 
Rules & Agreement for Monthly Rental

1. Electricity each room/house is tenant responsibility (we use kwh meter to check the usage of electricity), rental deposit is  IDR 500.000,-/room. Notes: Electricity usage would be calculated as follow: TDL / Basic Electricity Tariff is IDR 1.800,-/kwh. Total usage of electricity (kwh) at the end of month is deducted total kwh at check in point. total electricity usage (kwh) times to IDR 1.800,- 
2. Tenant is not allowed to smoke/vape inside room or bring drugs, weapon or pets. 
3. Visitors are only allowed max 22.00 pm and requested in participating to keep the peace and comfort of other tenants, extra guest who sleep over in tenant's room must be informed to owner first. quiet hour is 08.00 am until 22.00 pm. extra person who sleep over in tenant's room will charged IDR 40.000/night.
4. Indonesian couple must show marriage certificate.
5. Tenant must close the water tap in bathroom properly, it is a must to throw toilet papers in dustbin. If any water leaks in toilet please inform us immediately, do not fix by yourself. Please do not change any hot water setting, because we set it as a safe environment. All garbage inside the room would be tenant responsibility.
6. Tenant obligated to keep personal belongings in save place.
7. Room/pavilion will get 1x/week cleaning service. Additional Toilet Paper instead of what we have provided is IDR 2.5K/roll. 
8. Tennant is not allowed to do laundry clothes at homestay, unless under ware. 
9. If there is an issue about facilities regarding homestay, we will check it and schedule the repaired. 
10. A tenant must pay 1 month rent in advance as the monthly rental agreement. If monthly tenant wants to extend daily, after minimum 1 month rent,  IDR 110.000/night including electricity. 

Budarno Homestay 
Rules & Agreement for Monthly Rental

2. Mineral gallon, cooking gas and Electricity are tenant responsibility.
3. Tenant is not allowed to smoke/vape inside room or bring drugs, weapon or pets.
