Trekking Temple Selogriyo We went with the knowledge that the temple was closed for renovations, but really we want to see the rice terrace more than the temple.      From the carpark area, you walk through a stretch of locals' residences which offer nice photo opportunities themselves. There is an entrance fee (Rp. 25,000) at the start of the trail. A short walk later you reach a bend which extends your view to the curved rice terraces below. We did not encounter any other visitors or tourists at this attraction, until near the end of our walk, during our walk we met band of buffalos and a guy who trained the racing pigeons, even some of us releasing the male pigeon.      Selogriyo Temple Trekking can be classified as an easy-medium hike (soft trekking category). Escorted by myself, walk through terraced rice paddies and lush fruit plantations, enjoying the quiet sounds of the countryside. Venture through small communities nestled amid the verdant hills. ...
